Finding a dentist you actually look forward to visiting is rare, but this office is truly special. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcome and genuinely cared for. Dr. Moses has such a warm, thoughtful bedside manner and never makes you feel rushed. They took the time to walk me through my X-rays step by step, pointing out every tooth being monitored so I knew exactly what was going on with my dental health. The hygienist was just as wonderful: incredibly gentle, thorough, and attentive throughout the entire cleaning. On top of the fantastic care, the facility is modern, bright, and spotlessly clean. I couldn't recommend this practice enough to anyone looking for compassionate, top-notch dental care!

I am so beyond glad that I chose Downtown Dental for my care after a negative experience at another office in my neighborhood. And looking at their COPIOUS 5 star reviews, I think it should be clear to you, dear reader, that I’m not alone in this belief. My friend recommended them, and I booked my appointment very easily online. After submitting my medical history (of which there was a LOT, as I’m going through brain cancer treatment), the doctors, hygienists, and staff were extremely communicative over phone, email, and text to make sure all was set up for me. I was greeted by the friendliest staff, pristine offices, and LOADS of advanced imagery technology to make sure I was getting the top level of care I deserve. They even emailed it to me before I left the office! Everyone - and I mean EVERYONE - was kind, took their time, and extremely gentle in all ways. I didn’t feel rushed, all of my questions were answered and THEN some, and they even gave me a nice goodie bag and zipper pouch for my dental needs between now and my next visit. My last office PALES in comparison. I simply cannot sing enough praises for this office! I would have NO issue coming back or sending anybody here.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sagar Shah and Dr. Lauren Mosses. They are two of the most compassionate, attentive, caring, patient, and kind professionals I have ever met. From the moment you walk through the door, they make you feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for. What stands out most is how much they truly love making people happy. They take the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure that every patient feels at ease throughout their visit. Their dedication to providing exceptional care is evident in everything they do. Over the years, I have grown to deeply respect and appreciate both Dr. Shah and Dr. Mosses. They have earned my complete trust, and I would confidently follow their recommendations and opinions without hesitation. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for their patients set them apart. If you are looking for dentists who combine outstanding clinical skill with heartfelt compassion, I highly recommend Dr. Sagar Shah and Dr. Lauren Mosses. I am so happy that I found Dr. Shah. He is truly the best. He made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions, and completely put my mind at ease. Dr. Shah and his entire team are outstanding. Everyone is pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. I look forward to my future dental visits for years to come. Downtown Dental is without a doubt the best dental practice I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that they truly care about their patients. Dr. Shah and Dr. Moses are not only excellent dentists, but also genuinely kind, considerate, and caring people. Their attitude and professionalism clearly shine through the entire organization, making every visit a comfortable and positive experience. I highly recommend them.
